What is bengali culture really?????

i just wonder sometimes...listening to many...about our bengali culture..is it the same we all think...or slightly oriented to something new.

amar kache to bengali culture mane...vocal...sound...intimate....socio-cultural backdrop.....wth a exotic blend of emotional standpoints.

plz do ans to this. and plz make it seriously!!

Well not from my own story, I am giving a description given by canadian ambassador at Bangladesh:

She was travelling not far from Dhaka city. Just beside Boshundhora Hosusing. There is a river. People use this river as boating, waterway communications etc. She was new in Bangladesh at time. She saw so many boats where people were singing, dancing and dancing. They were playing music systems (Loud speaker maybe).

She was surprised to see this, where maybe in europe/canada people should sit calm and enjoy the nature. And, In Bangladesh.... We have our way to enjoy. Real way for enjoyment. The natural way to express yourself.

So, this is Bengali Culture..... (Amader Matir Culture, Sob culture ei matir gondho paoa jabe 80% of Bangladeshe)

the so called "upper class" people. already in urban areas culture has become a hybrid one. and its not bengali or somethin else its just a peculiar mixture. we r the victims. na chaileo we r in the flow.

the rural people try to follow us. do u know why? due to theier ignorance. they think that whatever the higher class peole ar doin is to be followd. I cant accuse them.coz they r uneducated.but can we forgive the educated ones? they will back themselves by sayin that they r enrichin(!) the culture. but what about forgettin our own culture?

Culture is under a dynamic progess.but it doesnt allow us to leave our native one and accept whatever we get fm the west.
whatever i m tellin is not in general coz there is a few exception. just like, there r still some govt secretary who dont take bribe! but they r very few!
