Jokhon shukh thake tokhon je shada megher moto
Noy to jokhon koshto thake tokhon
Dhushor borner megher moto vari hoye uthe,
Tai bole jodi megh bone jao,
To ami je ei mati hobo,
Shob koshter kanna je nibo matha pete.

Tumi jabe chhute kono pran mondire,
Jethay thakbe porbotmala ar jhornadhara,
Tomar agomone jara gaibe bondona.
