4. BE FRIENDLY nd helpful..if u wud hav frndz..b a frnd..

5. BE CORDIAL -- speak nd act as if everythin u do iz a genuine pleasure..

6. BE GENUINELY interested in ppl..u can like almost everybody if u try..

7. BE GENEROUS wid praise -- cautious wid critisism..

8. BE CONSIDERATE wid da feelinz of oderz..der r usually 3 sidez to a controversy: urz..da oder fellow'z..nd da right side..

9. BE ALERT to give service..wht countz in life iz wht we do for oderz..
