A Food for Thought:
if you think about it ... just you posting your pic on Golpo right now would make your pic a public property (in a sense) because you never know who steals your pic and uses it on their display (or anywhere, per say). how can you ever really stop someone from using it? yea, when you do find out, you can say a few harsh words to them and make them feel bad (or maybe not). what if they don't even care about the words you say to them and continue to keep your pic on their display and block you? if it is just a random person on the net, how can you possibly track them down if you don't know a professional hacking dude?
reality is: you can't.

anyway, the whole point of my big chunky paragraph is that ... there is no point of this discussion. anyone, anywhere at anytime can use your pic ... but how will you ever know for sure unless you see it for yourself? moreover, chances are ... you won't
