Ok, so which team out of two very special teams you were supporting in this worldcup ?

If you read the newspaper you'll be under the impression that only brazil and argentina can play football. They term it 'shoilpik khela.' The way they and the poeple of bangladesh talks abt their game as if european teams goes to play rugby in the football team. That day I was riding on a rickshaw, the rickshawwalla had spent some money and attached a small argentina's flag with his vehicle. I asked which player he likes in this argentina team. He replied 'maradona.' why i have a feeling most of the people of bangladesh supports these two teams only cuz they are brazil and argentina. Even if you have seen their game you might have realized ( if you are not a blind supporter ) what a big flop they had been. Ronaldinho ran all over the field, without the ball at his legs. roberto carlos is useless , messy is just a prince of fairy tales, not real life ! Wake up, understand the greatness of european football.

and why is it everytime argentina or brazil loose a match, people start inventing a conspiracy theory!

to all brazil and argentina fans...

But ofcourse, there are good sides.. at least, I faced one last night !

Me and Shiny was watching the game downstairs and this friend of my brother ( the usual Brazil supporter ) told us that if France looses, he would let us Have as much biriyani as we want ( yes kachi. . ) ..

we were lucky, that he wasnt a cheapass like me ( i would have left town ) .. he came up and gave us 2 hundred notes and said " Ei nao, kachi kheye esho "..

Aaah.. there are moments I feel that the world is a good place after all . .
